Goings On

TODAY IS JAMISON'S BIRTHDAY!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY JAMISON!!!

Betty and Matt had a visitor the other night at the rain barrel out front. There are a lot of frogs here, especially when your turn the porch light on at night.

The star cactus on the back porch is getting ready to bloom again and this time they plan to get it all on camera. This time there are eight blooms on it and they hope to have them all come to bloom.

Matt and Betty have put up a bird feeder and hope that once the birds find it they will be posting pics of visitors to it.

They are going to spend the day with Jamison for his B-day. Betty baked a RED velvet cake with cream cheese icing and is going to make Linguine and clam sauce for him for dinner.

Space Shuttle Launch

On Friday NASA launched the space shuttle Discovery to deliver supplies and the Combined Operational Load Bearing External Resistance Treadmill to the space station. The Combined Operational Load Bearing External Resistance Treadmill or COLBERT was named after Stephen Colbert from Comedy Central's The Colbert Report. Anyway here is the footage that Matt and Betty took from the beach outside of Betty's Dad's condo. This was taken 100 miles away from Cape Canaveral.

Trip to the beach.

Matt and Betty took a trip to the beach to see how bad the waves were from Tropical Storm Danny. Here are some pictures from the trip.
